The paper shows the author's longtime thinking on the supervision problems of the Chinese People's Congress. In the political systems of China, the institution of People's Congress is fundamental that experienced the test of history and people's choice. The supervisory power endowed by the Constitution and law is very important and comprehensive. It has a prominent position in the supervision system of the nation. In many forms, special-work supervision is one of the most main, most effective and most commonly used. In through of the supervision power, the nation can achieve the democratic system. Today, the supervision system plays an important role in developing and improving the "court's" works.The paper based on the theory and practice of supervision aims to clarify the puzzles of People's Congress supervision in China through the legal perspective, and to pursue measures to reform the system.
