The Enterprises' Entering Village And Rural Governance

With the further decline in the proportion of China's agricultural production in GDP, advancein agricultural production techniques causes agricultural overpopulation and farmers' underemployment,which makes the sharp contradiction of the huge agricultural population and limited agricultural resources become the crux of China's issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers. To solve the issues above, it not only relies on internal resources, but also requires the introduction of external resources in rural areas,and get rid of the traditional thinking limitations of old solutions on the issues. Enterprises' entering the village, as a product of improving the rural economy and farmers' status, begans to play an increasingly important role in the social life in rural areas.In this paper,the author takes the Shi xinzhuang village of Tianjin Baodi District as a study case, uses the inspection path of why, how and what comes after the enterprises enter the village,and focus on the role of the enterprises' entering village in the rural economy and development of grassroots politics.The paper firstly describes the status quo of Shi xinzhuang village,then by analyzing the behaviour of the government, the village cadres and villagers' before and after the entering, it inspects the changes on the political, economic and social dimensions of the village,focusing on the changes of the village collective and villagers.At last, on the basis of analyzing social impacts the entering, this paper draws the conclusions and reflections combining with the actual situation of the village. The author believes, the enterprises' entering village can provide new ideas for rural governance as a presents hot issue.
