With the deepening of reform and opening up, the rural productivity continued liber ation and invigorating rural undergone earth-shaking changes. With the gradual breaking down barriers and rural urbanization process in China significantly faster, more and more attention to agriculture, this development has brought great vitality to the countryside, but also brought the issue one way or another. First, self-sufficient rural peasant economy began to collapse, followed by the new social relations brought a diverse rural social thought, the traditional social acquaintances begin to decompose. During this time, due to historical reasons, polarization increase, land acquisition, diversification of rural interests demand a number of reasons, rural conflicts also showing complex, pluralistic character, become negative factors affecting social harmony in China.In this paper, five cities in Hubei province as an opportunity to study the use of literature, case analysis, data analysis on rural conflicts are discussed. The full text is divided into five parts, of which the first part is an introduction, this paper discusses the research background, significance, comprehensive complaint, lack of research, the second part is the current principal contradiction in rural areas such as land conflicts, conflicts between cadres, neighborhood conflicts for analysis, such as family conflicts. The third part of the data obtained in this research as a starting point, draw the current conflicts in rural areas diversified and complicated features. The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the current generation of rural conflicts, such as the historical issues and the practical needs of unresolved ideas grassroots cadres and the masses lack of rule of law, rural public service system is weak, the primary mechanism mediating in disputes relatively weak. Section V presents several rural contradictory measures, including, as a pointer to the scientific concept of development, taking into account the efficiency and fairness of justice, economic restructuring to increase farmers’incomes, strengthen public services to improve rural people’s livelihood in rural areas to improve the rule of law, improving the disputes in rural areas and other parts of the system.
