There are many factors which restrict the development of minorities, and education is one of the factors. Since the establishment of new China, under guidance of the policy that equal of nationality and national unity, the education of minorities has great performance on the scale of education, the form of education, the content of education, the condition of education, elementary education and higher education which attracts the worldwide attention. However, the education of minorities inland still has a long distance from the education in developed district on the east of China. At the same time, the traditional life-style of minorities is the important part of Chinese culture, the central content of cultural right of minorities, the key point of keeping cultural diversity and the central stage of coordination of society and culture under the guidance of the idea of construction of harmonious society. In the process of modernization, we shall pay attention to the challenge confronted by the minority which try to keep their cultural right of traditional life-style. How to protect the cultural diversity of minorities in the process of development of education of minorities and supply the material basis for the inheriting of national character? This is also the reflection in the process of writing this article.This article discusses the guarantee of educational right of Chinese minorities from the view of human rights by practical analysis and the analysis of comparing the domestic and overseas legalization, and then the article discusses the possible method of guarantee of educational right of minorities.Firstly, this article summarizes the educational right of minorities. By collecting the provisions of international law and domestic law, this article tries to find the origin of the educational right and educational right of minorities and distinguish them. Based on that, this article summarizes the definition and basic content of educational right of minorities. Secondly, this article searches the experience from lengthwise direction (history and reality) and crosswise direction (domestic and overseas). Thirdly, this article analyses and summarizes the deficiency in the guarantee of educational right of minorities by our country now by taking the example of Ewnki Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Based on that, this article puts forward some suggestions to perfect the guarantee system of educational right of minorities of our country including guarantee by law, guarantee from publicity, guarantee by supervision and guarantee by improving quality of education.
