With the rapid development of China's social economy,the industrial process in the city is continuously increasing.Therefore,a large amount of labor resources are urgently needed to meet the market's needs,and a large number of peasants are entering the cities to work in the cities,which means that a large number of flows are formed.The population,along with it,is that the education of the children of migrants has become the focus of attention in society.The education for the children of ethnic minority floating population is the most important thing.It is the inevitable choice to adhere to the Marxist view of education and promote the continuous development of education in our country and the cultivation of talented people,improve the national quality,and accelerate the process of urbanization.National unity,promoting social fairness and justice,and building a harmonious society are of great significance.Relatively speaking,Urumqi is a relatively remote western region.The region has a large number of ethnic minority migrants.This has also made the education of children of ethnic minority migrants a big problem.However,in the current academic research in our country,there are relatively few studies on the education of children of ethnic minority floating population in Urumqi.Therefore,in order to make up for the lack of research in this area,to solve the education problems of ethnic minority floating children and improve the quality of education,This article will start with a series of related studies on ethnic minority migrants themselves,families,schools and communities.In this paper,the minority communities of Urumqi City,a gathering place for eth nic minority floating population,in the Black Mountain Area X community in Tiansh an District,will be responsible for investigating the education of children of ethnic mi nority floating populations.The M social work service center will cut in and introduce the floating population and its children.The status quo of education for ethnic minori ty children of the community.Based on the theory of ecosystem theory,social learnin g theory and population migration theory,the problems existing in the education of ch ildren of minority ethnic groups in X community in Urumqi were analyzed and studied.The micro-,meso-,and macro-level systems are used to systematically explain the r easons for the problems in the education of children of minority ethnic migrants,inclu ding language barriers,failure to accept formal preschool education,family conditions,the overall cultural quality of the family,and the concept of birth and education,and the backwardness of education.Teaching quality,regional cultural differences and oth er factors.Finally,based on the theory of ecosystem and social learning theory,this paper p roposes to improve the educational problems of children of ethnic minorities in X co mmunities in Urumqi.From the micro level,it improves the mental health,language,and learning ability of children of ethnic minority floating populations.Including impr oving the quality of parents of floating children;changing parents' educational concep ts and promoting parent-child relations;improving the quality of school teaching and promoting the all-round development of teachers;the macro level includes the mass m edia guiding and propagating family education for the floating population;and giving play to the strength of the government and society.Create good peripheral support for it;improve the community environment.
