Economic Law Foundation And The Construction Model Of Medical Insurance System For Migrant Workers

Medical insurance for migrant workers is a complex social problem,which related tomultiple aspects of social security, human resources administrative management and so on.Thescholars of medical insurance for migrant workers of course a lot, but from the basic theory of law,especially from the perspective of the basic theory of economic law analysis was less.I provide amacro-theoretical support for the establishment of migrant workers health insurance.I put forwardmy own proposals in the article,and hope that the legitimate rights and interests of migrantworkers, a special social group, can be protected better.This paper analyzes the theoretical foundation of economic law of the medical insurancesystem for migrant workers, discusses the principle of building migrant workers health insurancemodel need to adhere, and the construction of put forward a new model.The first chapterdiscusses the basic concepts related to the medical insurance system for migrant workers,includingmigrant workers, medical insurance, medical insurance for migrant workers and medicalinsurance mode for migrant workers. The second chapter analysis the theoretical basis of theeconomic law, on which the health insurance system for migrant workers dependent, includingprinciples of the state intervention in the economy, resource optimization, configuration, socialstandard and values of fairness, efficiency and so on. The third chapter analysis various models ofhealth insurance for migrant workers that exist. Through the analysis of the medical insurancemodel for migrant workers in many regions of our country,I find the successful experiences andinadequacies.The fourth chapter focuses on the construction of a new medical insurance model formigrant workers, discusses the principle needed to adhere, and proposes specific measures. Inaddition, the establishment of migrant workers health insurance model involves a wide range ofinterests and factors. How to deal the relationship between the state, enterprises and individualworkers, assign a variety of social resources and link up the medical insurance workers and theexisting dual medical insurance system effectively. In the article, I also put forward my ownproposals about these key questions.
