Study On Social Capital Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the development of society, the new generation of migrant workers is a the highlight problem. The new generation of migrant workers hinder the development of the society. So, it is crucial to concerned about the new generation of migrant workers into the city, we should pay close attention to the social capital of the new generation of migrant workers if we solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers that they obtain the job and city integration.In this paper, the author took the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Qingdao for example. According to Brown's Theory of Social Capital, the author had an investigation of the social capital of the migrant workers in the macro, meso and micro. It mainly studies in the three aspects, which are the employment environment, social environment and the culture of social environment in the chapter of the macro perspective of social capital; In the view capital of social, the author had an investigation of the new generation of migrant workers in the formal organization and the informal organization, formally concern on the training material support of the formal organizational and the "homecoming" of the informal organization.in order to analysis the social capital situation of the new generation of migrant workers, the author put forward several main problems. In the micro capital social, born social capital and induced by capital of social, for the new generation of migrant workers social network strength data statistics and analysis. The new generation of migrant workers determines the micro social capital of the dependent and independent variables, and constructs the model, using statistical data analysis of the new generation of migrant workers micro social capital condition. On the analysis of the new generation of migrant workers social capital situation, the author analysis the construction of social capital of the new generation of migrant workers from the macro, meso and micro in the last chapter.In order to promote the new generation of migrant workers into the city.
