Study On The Political Identity Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers And Its Influencing Factors

Political identification is an important political proposition of the modern democratic politics,the study of political identification is the democratic political construction in our country faces a critical realistic problem,a high degree of political identity,both of the political system and composition of subject has important practical significance,it is the source of legitimacy of political system,political stability and effective social integration role.New generation migrant workers are a special group in the social transformation of China,the new generation of migrant workers in cities into aspiration levels is higher than the older generation peasant workers,but due to the long the hukou system dysfunction,itself into high cost caused new generation of migrant workers in cities encounter difficulties in life,the problem of new generation migrant workers has become a hot spot of academic research.From the perspective of political identity,what is the status quo of the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers,whether as a group of "migrant workers" in social transformation or as a member of the majority of young people? What are the problems? What are the influencing factors? The study of these problems is of great significance in modern society.By sorting out the political identity and the political identity of migrant workers at home and abroad,this paper established the research and analysis framework of this paper,and used the data of the questionnaire survey conducted by wuhan academy of social sciences in eight cities in 2018 to describe and analyze it and establish a statistical model.In the study,the author turns the connotation of political identification operation to party identification,system identification and emotional national pride,and analyzes the three elements of political identity,among them,the identity of interests is the starting point of political identity behavior and achievement identification is the basis of the political identification,identity is the logical starting point of political identity.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,on the whole,the new generation of migrant workers have a high level of political identity,and score high in party identity,system identity and national pride.Second,there is a significant positive correlation between the identification of political parties and the identification of political achievements.That is to say,the more fair the institutional arrangements of the ruling party are,the more they can guarantee equal rights and interests with urban residents in cities.There is a significant positive correlation between the system identity and the interest identity.When the rights are infringed more,the new generation of migrant workers have a lower level of interest identity,and correspondingly,the system identity will also decline.Third,from the perspective of the three elements of political identity,the interest identity of the new generation of migrant workers shows one-way improvement,that is,their income has increased significantly,but their urban life experience tends to negative feelings.The recognition of achievement tends to expect to provide more fair citizenization policy;In terms of identity,although the new generation migrant workers living in cities and engaged in non-agricultural industries for a long time,but for their own identity is still deeply influenced by the household registration system,tend to think of themselves as "rural people",at the same time,there are also part of the new generation migrant workers for their identity is "not clear",namely the fuzzy identity trend.Fourth,this paper set up a human capital(basic human capital and human capital),political participation(under the participation and political activity participation),the influence factors of social support interpretation framework,model,expanding human capital,participate in political activities,formal social support to the Cenozoic migrant workers have significant positive influence on political identification.Basic human capital and the participation of mass organizations have no significant influence on the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers.
