The study of young growth ought to be and real to be is always the important component in theresearch field of youth.And the growth of the elite research in the new social background has aprofound connotations.The main purpose of this paper is to clarify what the relative factors whichaffect the youth grow up for the elite,analyse the relationship between Interview object identity andthe various factors which they have been felt affecting,and try to give a tentative explanation on them.The main idea of this paper is: based upon the reviewing the theory of elite produce and socialmobility,to understand the general ways of the elite production and mobility,and the relationshipbetween the ways and society structure; analyzing the qualitative material,to find the influencingfactors which related elites produce process;using the relevant theories to describe the correlativitybetween elite status and influence factors. Therefore,this paper tries to answer the following questions:1) which factors have affected the youth to be elites;2) what these factors could mean under the specialbackground of Chinese society.This paper based on the qualitative analysis of8people's interview texts,the research results areas followed:In Chinese social,these are two paths of the youth grow up for the elite--redistribution path andmarket path,the important factors such as parents occupation and economic status,social capital,significant others,education background and others in this process has played the influence of differentweights,and the national policy and system,the innovation ability and the influence have played therole of the "Path filters". The "Path filters" itself also have the evolutionary process. In this process,the market has played a catalytic role of evolution. And In the part of the discussion,the new trend ofyouth growth for elite have been quested.
