T China Elderly Support System Of Community Research

China is about to enter the aging society, the large number of elderly population have their own needs. Needs of older persons are physiological, safety, belonging and love, respect and self-realization needs. Therefore, China's top priority should be the old work those based on the needs of the elderly, the reference in the world the experience of other countries or regions, combined with the actual situation in China, expand and improve the old-age care services to help create support systems for our elderly. I think we can creat this support system as three parts:community resources system, resources provide system and community older support models. Resource system to provide the community what kind of pension for the elderly provide system who provide pension for the elderly communities resources, support model of what form to provide pension services to the elderly communities. The main resource system for community elderly people:life care, spiritual, comfort, protection rights of the elderly. Resources provide systems, including the support of relevant government departments, enterprises and institutions within the community to help families and individuals within the community involvement, volunteer, charitable organizations and nonprofit organizations to provide services and other neighboring mutual aid and cooperation with community resources. Support models of community care, community-based activities and social participation. The current system is not mature and community care services and pension to help the urgent needs of elderly people far away, there is the concept of understanding in place, policies and regulations are not sound, poor infrastructure, hardware and service levels need to keep up, the lack of professional staff, volunteers and insufficient status and problems.
