The socialresponsibility of the rural corporation economy organization should be consist of the liabilityfrom internal and external of the organization, the specific content refers to economy, political, society, culture, education, and many other aspects.The second chapter mainly analyzed the necessity of the establishment of the socialresponsibility system of the rural corporation economy organization. We should establish the social responsibility system of rural corporation economyorganization which has our own characteristics according to our national conditions.The fourth chapter regards to the structure of the social responsibility system of ruralcorporation economy organization within the sight of law. At first we should insist on thescientific developing legislation idea, we also should stick to the fundamental principleswhich is appropriate leading and has social justice, and then deal with the contradictionbetween the development efficiency and justice of the rural corporation economy organization,in order to realize the core idea which is people oriented. It should be radicated that the ruralcorporation economy organization has its legal status in the legislation settings, and we shouldcomplete the legal system and the specific legal regulation of the rural corporation economyorganization, and establish the legal system of social responsibility system of ruralcorporation economy organization from two angles which are rewards and punishment. In addition to the compulsory national law, some social norms should not be ignored, in order toestablish the social legislation system of social responsibility of rural corporation economyorganization.
