The Research Of The Enterprises' Environment Of Social Responsibility Mechanism Under The Background Of Low-carbon Economy

The concept of the corporation's social responsibility is an basic idea for harmonious relationship between corporation and society. Corporation need to burden more social responsibility while the fast developing of social and economic. Corporation's environmental social responsibility is a very important constituent of corporation's social responsibility.By the speeding up of the industrialization,the environment becomes worse and worse.The view of environmental protection and low-carbon economy has become the hotspot. It makes people ponder deeply over the concept of the corporation's social responsibility.The first part expatiates the definition, thoretical basis, scope, characteristics of the corporation's social responsibility. The corporation's social responsibility is an entity of legal liability and moral responsibility.Then this portion studies the basic content, scope, characteristics of the corporation's environmental social responsibility, explains that the corporation's environmental social responsibility is closely bound up with the mechanism of legal investigation.The second part introduces the value of corporation's environmental social responsibility from the view of jurisprudence and economic law,then expatiates that it is justifiale to realize the corporation's environmental social responsibility by means of law.The third part analysis China's environmental problem and the status about corporation's environmental social responsibility,then reveals the trouble to realize corporation's environmental social responsibility in China,and draws a conclusion that we can not solve the problem satisfactorily only by the means of civil law,criminal law and administrative law.The fourth portion advances approaches to implement the realization of the corporation's environmental social responsibility.We should design a new way to protect the environment which contains publication of environmental information, build compensation fund for damage of environmental public nuisance, reformation of the corporation, environmental tax,environmental subsidy and litiagtion of the environmental public welfare.The system design uses the experiences which come from other counties for reference, meanwhile summarizes the successful legislation in our country.By this research,I look forward to providing a good beginning for the academia of the deeper attention and discussion about the corporation's environmental social responsibility.
