The J communities in the construction of new community social organization of the major dilemmas is the irrational structure of community-based organizations, lack of funds for construction of social organization, social organization and management mode unscientific and imperfect system of social organization building. The reason for this dilemma is that the J Community social organization is not strong independence, limited resources, lack of interest and the interests of social organizations drive, lack of participation of members of the J community social organization, and so on. J Community villagers of this excessive administrative communities do not have a strong sense of belonging to the villagers’ sense of autonomy is relatively weak, J effective resource very few characteristics cause the power the J Community villagers to participate in community life greatly hindered.In order to speed up the construction of a new rural communities, and explore the problems and difficulties that exist in the construction of new rural community social organization, J construction of community social organization to put forward three suggestions and countermeasures. First, the scientific planning J society organizations in the community; expand community-building funding sources, rational use of funds; strengthen community management and optimization of the organizational structure. Enhance the professional level of Wenzhou J building of community organizations, improve the governance capacity of the J community building organization, and to sound J Community social organization building management system. Speed up the construction of new rural community grassroots social organizations cadres for the J community building inject new vigor and strength.
