At present Chinese Philanthropies undertakings are in vigorous development stage, all kinds ofcharitable organizations springing up developed. Along with the development of the ChinesePhilanthropies undertakings, the Philanthropy organizations generally reflected professional talentshortage, employees in the field of lack of Philanthropy ability, experience and professional knowledge,on the other hand, Philanthropy organizations lack attract good specialized talented person's mechanism,which seriously restrict the development of China's Philanthropies. According to the literature analysisof Philanthropy Research, we can see that the youth of philanthropy gradually become the researchfocus, including students groups is regarded as an important power of philanthropy. However,the currentresearch achievements mainly describes the general characteristics of college students volunteer groups,analyzes the college students volunteers status of philanthropy participate, the influence factors and theproblems of students volunteers; But the research lack of depth describe the student volunteer Innerworld and not present the subjectivity of college students volunteer,Research has neglected the collegestudents volunteer's subjective properties participation in philanthropy activities.This study take autoethnography as a research method,take internal perspective on the college studentsvolunteer's philanthropy participation. This research based on the nine cases of college studentsvolunteer in-depth interviews and myself philanthropy participation experience, focuses on the collegestudents volunteers' individual experience in the process of philanthropy participation and processanalysis college students volunteers' philanthropy participation. Finally,this study expect the researchexploratory conclusion could provide the stage of the material for social work and college studentsvolunteer, social work and philanthropy, social work talents and philanthropy talents. The conclusionsof the study are as follows: according to the theory of cognitive by Jean Piaget, college studentsvolunteer in the process of philanthropy participation will experience three cognitive process includingthe meet period, the know period and the reflection period; And draw the further conclusion: vacantchoice, growth and comprehension, systems of "survival state". And then put forward two exploratoryviews: college students volunteer philanthropy socialization and professionalism, the inspiration ofsocial work and voluntary service linkage development mode.
