Research On The Promotion Of Socialcapital Of Social Organizations By Philanthropy Ventures

In recent years,social organizations have flourished,and the services they provide can effectively meet the needs of the people,promote the resolution of social problems,and make up for the deficiencies of the government and the market.However,it is undeniable that the social capital of social organizations at this stage is relatively weak,mainly reflected in several dimensions,like trust,relationship networks,and norms."Venture philanthropy" is a new model that applies business ideas to the field of philanthropy and promotes the cultivation and development of social organizations.It plays an important role in enhancing the social capital construction of social organizations.This paper takes social organization H as an example.Firstly,it analyzes the status quo and causes of organizational social capital.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of philanthropy ventures on social capital construction,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for philanthropy ventures accordingly at the end.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter puts forward the background and significance of the research,sorts out the existing research literature,defines the related concepts,and clarifies the research framework and innovation of this paper.The second chapter is,the introduction of social organization H and social capital status.This chapter uses semi-structured interviews and observation methods to understand the basic situation of social organization H,its performance in internal and external trust,network and institutional norms.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the weak social capital from the perspective of social organization development capability level,network construction level and system construction level.The fourth chapter introduces the process of venture philanthropy and analyzes the contribution and deficiency of venture philanthropy to social capital construction.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures for social capital construction in view of the inadequacies of venture capital.Finally,it summarizes the research results,shortcomings and prospects of this paper.
