Qualitative Research On The Private Supplementary Institute Of The Primary And Secondary Education

Private Supplementary Institute is the main form of Tutoring, which depends on school education. Private tutoring usually takes time that outside school (for example, usually after school, weekends and vacations).The teachers are always specialized (including full time teachers of Private Supplementary Institute or part-time teachers from universities). And the subjects they teach are school examination subjects, and it must be paid. So teachers help their students with poor grades is not included, for it is free.In this study, I will use the human capital theory as the starting point, and try to lay the theoretical existence of private institute; Find the reasonable direction by educational function view, and try to find the meeting point with school education. I wish this will guide the private institute to the healthy development way.The paper is divided into five parts:literature review summarizes some of the major domestic and foreign institutions on private tutoring.also analyze the the lack of all these researches; theoretical basis and analysis section discusses the theoretical basis of this study, and elaborated on the private institute The concept of private tutoring institutions, including its distinction between the concept of similar or related theory; research methods section illustrates the methods used in this study qualitative research methods and literature, and lists the qualitive research methods and its implementation;the fourth section and the fifth is the core part of this paper, from its size and distribution,composition of teachers, students, schools and community functions and its management point of view, the use of available information, combined with literature data, analyze and optimize their strategy.I will try to analyze the success of private tutoring agency of primary and secondary schools abroad, including their teaching models and teaching contents, this study focus on the size and structure of private school, curriculum, teachers. Make it known to public. Also lift out some reference; I will also try to find the meeting point between private school and mainstream school, making it better to service the mainstream education.
