Private education is an important part of China's education and an important force to promote educational reform.The deepening of private education reform has put forward higher requirements for private teachers.Teachers' participation in training is the need of their self-development and educational development.Teacher training in primary and secondary schools has always been the focus of teacher education research,but the research on private teacher training in primary and secondary schools is relatively weak.The paper mainly includes introduction,research design and implementation,the status of the investigation,the existing problems and the countermeasures to improve training problems.In this paper,209 teachers and 46 school administrators from 4 private primary and secondary schools in Hohhot were investigated by means of literature review,participatory observation,semi-open interview and questionnaire survey,and the problems and countermeasures of teacher training were studied.Based on different stages of professional development of Hohhot area private primary and secondary schools teachers in training needs analysis,planning,implementation and effect evaluation in the three stages for training needs,training plan,training,project implementation,evaluation,choice of evaluation methods and evaluation the effect of feedback on eight aspects to investigate and understand the problem of Hohhot area private primary and secondary school teachers training,Then find the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In-depth analysis of the survey data shows that the problems of private primary and secondary school teacher training mainly include: First,in terms of the analysis of teacher training needs,private schools have strongwillingness to train teachers,but few training opportunities;The training organization resources of private schools are limited;Ignoring the diversity of teacher training needs.Secondly,in the implementation of teacher training plan,there are defects in the teacher training management system;The implementation of training programs does not meet the training needs.Finally,in the evaluation of teacher training effect,the training assessment method is single,supervision mechanism and punishment measures need to be improved;Lack of scientific training evaluation;Training results are uneven.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the training problem: For the analysis of teacher training needs,attach importance to the private school teacher training,increase the investment in training,provide targeted hierarchical teacher training;For the implementation of teacher training programs,do a good job in the organization and management of training,improve teacher training programs,enhance the quality of training;For teacher training effect evaluation,establish a reasonable teacher training assessment system,do a good job of scientific training evaluation.
