Employment is the foundation on the people's livelihood in a harmonious society. the party and government attach great importance to the employment problem. However, the current increasingly serious educated unemployment of China has become the main resistance of solving the employment problem. This paper aims to research the current educated unemployment of China on the angle from Sociology, and hopes to be able to solve the problem of building a harmonious society and to make certain contributions.Uphold the Chinese reality and current situation of the educated unemployment, on the basis of looking up the large number of serious literature available and drawing lessons on the other relevant research results, this paper researches the educated unemployment in contemporary China from the perspective of Sociology thoroughly and comprehensively. The paper attempting to explain the cause of the educated unemployment use three theories:functionalism, conflict theory and interactionism. Point out it is necessary that the educated unemployment happen in china. It is the necessary result of economy and education fitting into each other. On the basis of conflict theory, the paper point the educated unemployment is the result of conflict development. On the basis of interactionism the researcher considered the skill in communion and the ability to collect information of the students. When we run on the influence of the educated unemployment, the paper uphold the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, study the active influence such as boost the advance of higher education, maturate the labor market and so on. Meanwhile the negative influence is inferred to such as make the public lose hope on Higher education, enhance the social unsteady factor and so on.The research helps people to understand and grasp the problem of educated unemployment, thereby promoting the academic research to develop in depth, besides helps people to understand the existing policy, system and regulations, and the progress of education reform, furthermore helps to resolve the problem of educated unemployment, thus promoting the building of a harmonious society.
