Accompanied by the popularization of higher education, the difficulty of graduates'employment has become a social hotspot. The problem of"Educated Unemployment", which occurred in western countries, Japan and other developing countries, now takes place in China. For college students, the sound occupation perspective is probably the basic impetus for their major selection and studies. We must probe into the existing problems of majors'arrangement, put forward some proposals for the majors'arrangement reform from the phenomenon of"Educated Unemployment".Methods of literature, comparison and experience research are mainly used. First of all, make a round up the phenomenon of"Educated Unemployment"in our job market. Secondly, bring forward the existing problems in current majors'arrangement through a brief review of the history and current situation of major's arrangement. Thirdly, their characteristics are analyzed by three different types of foreign universities. Finally, on the basis of the above standpoints, personal viewpoints are advanced: adjust the structure in universities so as to establish a diversified mode of talent cultivation;build up the fresh educational concept and optimize major structure to lessen the phenomenon of"Educated Unemployment".
