| How to cultivate healthy personality of secondary occupational school students has been one of the extensive concerns to the social academics and educational circles nowadays. Written from a view of mental health education, this thesis conducts practical research on the methods of fostering their healthy personality. The author targets the ten classes in the two schools that he has worked in and analyses the causes, characteristics, types of cultivating secondary occupational school students and measures taken in the mental health education. From the mental angle, the thesis deals with how to perfect their personality problem and proposes some effective ways to solve the problems. From the analyses of personality deficiency, obstacles of adolescent emotion and misbehavior, and entrepreneurial psychological barriers, the paper puts forward the method of combining collective education and individual education, the approach to control the early love among secondary occupational school students and the strategies of system improvement and proper guidance. Thus it has explored a solution to healthy personality cultivation through a mental educational way. |
