With the science and technology developing quickly, it is important for schools to raise their quality to satisfy the need of the society or the family. Educators must find a way in which they can teach their students for that they can adapt the needs It is very important for the educators. The topic how the teachers teach the students and how the students study the knowledge is eternal. We should exchange teaching styles and teaching method always to help the students develop in the progresses of studying, overcome psychological barriers and learning difficulties. Teachers can help individual thinking of students develop positively via educational techniques and teaching styles which are used in teaching progresses and must be exchanged partly.Middle school students which study in the eighth or ninth grade are during their adolescence. They begin to study physics in this time formally at school. The characteristic of physical is that it is a scientific periodical course, and there are a lot of knowledge points in it such as natural phenomenons, experimental laws, physical rules and mathematical calculations. So, the teacher need to use variety of teaching styles to teach the students.The way by which the teachers teach the students to develop and overcome their difficulties in the studying progresses is cooperative learning. So the students can establish the structures of physics, overcome physics learning difficulties.The study in this five years shows that it is important that we pay attention to the relationship of co-operation of teacher-teacher or teacher-student or student-student in the studying progresses. These relationships can help students overcome the learning difficulties when they study physics. And their studying interests, co-operation spirits, antistresses of failures are all improved. The teaching effects shows marked. The students can study more hardly and actively. They are liked to study with others. All these are benefit for the developing of their personality development.
