Research For Circumstances And Resolutions Of Contradictions Of Vocational Schools

The fine relationship between teachers and students is fundamental and critical for education and schooling, is helpful for improving quality of teaching and efficiency of studying, and is able to promote the realization of the goals of teaching, strengthen students' mental and physical health and keep teachers in a healthy mood.Different values, ambitions, requirements for emotions and rights and benefits during teaching and schooling, which result in resistance, exclusion, hindrance and conflict, are the principal aspects of a contradiction of relationship between teachers and students.The contradictions between teachers and students are more and more prominent and frequent in that society needs more and more vocational students due to economic reform, new curriculums are added and function, educational effects are gliding because of increasing number of students, excellent vocational teachers are in short and lack of training and textbook and curriculums are divorced from society and entrepreneurs. All of these should be highlighted. Whether the conflicts could be under precaution or not, whether the conflicts could be solved properly and whether the conflicts could be treated right is top priority for vocational administration.This paper based on the relevant documents at home abroad has conducted a research by the means of questionnaire for the contradictions between teachers and students in Dalian computer vocational school. Via the research for the variety, cause, impact on students and teachers and the resolution to contradictions, happening in Dalian Computer Vocational School, the author managed to find out the root of the conflicts from society, school, teachers and students and provide some effective strategies and solutions which could build up a harmonious environment at school, increase the teaching quality and promote the vocational education in full development.
