The progress of mankind can not be separated from education.The revival of education has become the urgent requirement of the whole nationality and education is everywhere in our life.In the education cause,the most basic interpersonal relationship is the relationship between teachers and students.Students' growth cannot be separated from teachers' guidance and assistance.Inharmonious teacher-student relationship not only influences students' learning quality but also exerts great effects on students' mental and physical development.In social relationship,teacher-student relationship also matters the most and harmonious teacher-student relationship is of vital importance to the success of education and teaching.With the times change and social progress,qualitative changes have occurred to teacher-student relationship.Thus,teacher-student contradictions apparently increase,especially in secondary vocational schools.How to comprehensively prevent and effectively reduce the occurrence of various teacher-student contradictions has become the subject to be urgently solved that people pay broad attention to and unremittingly explore.Thus,multi-dimensionally analyzing the causes for teacher-student contradictions,learning to prevent and control the occurrence of teacher-student and correctly handling with various contradictions are extremely urgent.In the process of theoretical research and practical exploration,the author has witnessed cases of a number of teacher-student contradictions,leading to personal feelings.How to correctly recognize and solve teacher-student contradiction relationship is related to the quality and levels of classroom teaching and school management as well as the construction of harmonious campus.
