Teachers are the key construction to the development of vocational education. And the teachers’ work is a significant mission. Enhancing the teachers’responsibility consciousness help them focus on practical teaching effect, care for students’ development, and take the teaching as their missions. Understanding the sense of responsibility and mission profoundly could be stimulate their inner power and make them keep their teaching actively.On the basis of the research of the literature, the thesis explains the teacher’s professional development theory and humanism psychology theory. These theories are the theoretical basis and guidance of the subject. According to the characteristics and the particularity of vocational education, this thesis starts to study and elaborate that the teachers’responsibility consciousness is resolved into five dimensions: professional ethics, the service consciousness, crisis consciousness, innovation and scientific research consciousness. Through the analysis found that teachers’ responsibility consciousness has the tendency of weakening in current teachers of vocational school. There are some new situation and new problems happened and some teachers who are affected by their own consciousness level and the social changes. Finally, the thesis discusses how to deal with the responsibility consciousness weakening in daily work. For example, the independent development strategy of teachers’responsibility consciousness and strengthening school competition and incentive system. Both of them could meet needs of social development and vocational education law.
