In recent years, general technology courses have begun to offer in schools across the country. However, the imperfection of teaching materials with less reference books ,inadequate facilities and supplies,non-specialized teachers coming from other majors and the incompletion of teaching assessment lead to irregular teaching levels. There are very few in-depth researchers who have studied the classroom teaching form.The study here is based on the research project to promote the smooth offering of general technology courses and enhance the overall characteristics of classroom teaching of these courses.Having studied the foreign documents of classroom teaching form of general technology courses, we make a lot of investigations and analasis about students, teachers and professionals. Eventually, we sum up the current situation of classroom teaching form of general technology courses and the problems that exist and corresponding causes. Moreover, we come up with the idea"growth class", in which students are encouraged to make dialogues to exchange different opinions, raise questions worth thinking over, motivate themselves and carry out programs.The study has been applied in the experiment with Tianyi High School of Jiangsu Province for as long as two years. It's fruitful results have been achieved, which deserves to be learned. Finally, the article puts forward the follow-up direction and focus of the study after summarizing the introspection of the study and the innovation of the research.
