With the promoting of global informatization, the promoting of educational informatization is also getting faster step by step, our country’s revolution of educational informatization is the forefront of the world. "Class access to ICTs" project appeared in recent ten years during which the promoting of global informatization getting faster, and it’s gradually spread in our country, not matter in a center city of a high modernization level, or in a village that less developed, "Class access to ICTs" is gradually becoming the basic equipment in every school, and it’s becoming a breakthrough in the new round of curriculum reform. As science and technology developing rapidly in the new century, having basic technology literacy is becoming a necessary ability that every high school student should follow, so "General Technology" the course which based on the time, highly integrated, focus on creating, combining science and humanities became a required course for high school students. As a new course, "General Technology" has an advanced curriculum idea, but facing the Advanced teaching facilities, a lot of teachers feel confused and puzzled. How to use "Class access to ICTs" to make the class lively and interesting, how to play the full "Class accesse to ICTs" role to make the class achieve better results, are the important problems which us educators need to and have to solve. This essay is based on the actual general technology class using "Class access to ICTs" in real class, choosing two classes, One as the experimental classes, classes in communication environment under general technology curriculum teaching; another class is control class, using conventional teaching, laboratory started investigating two classmates attitude toward classes in communication and general technical courses before, and then to Two classes are two classes, one theory class section, a section of the actual operation of classes, should make the appropriate knowledge quiz after each lesson, the end of the first two classes and then do attitude questionnaire through two classes of data The comparative analysis of the following conclusions:General technical teaching classes in communication environment under 1. to change the attitude of students and classes in general technology.2. Under general technical teaching classes in communication environment to improve student interest in learning, to focus the attention of students, expanding students’knowledge in the field has a positive effect.3. Application of teachers teaching classes in environments enriched IT teaching methods, teaching methods more diversified.4. Environmental former General classes in communication technology and teacher lesson preparation teaching effectiveness is directly related to the application of information technology in general technology curriculum must be closely linked to the course objectives, teachers must be fully prepared.5. attention to the impact on the comprehensive development of students’ ability classes in communication environment under the general technical teaching of Tacit Knowledge.6. Lesson study teachers promote teaching reflection, is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers 7. Application of classes in general technical teaching must take into account the principle of proportionality, to prevent misuse of ICT classes. In this study, there are still many shortcomings, teaching classes in research confined to the school environment, this Lesson, yet a lot of practice to conduct a more investigation. And for even more far-reaching effects and no teaching more long-term investigation, and in towns and cities, focusing on ordinary schools may have different conclusions, the study is not comprehensive enough. Future general technical teaching systems should be established to set up large educational concept in the context of the general technical teaching for the overall planning.
