Research On The Informal Learning Of Undergraduates In Internet

In recent years, with the development of the computer network technology in the field of education and growing attention from educators to the topic of informal learning, the informal learning based on Internet has currently become a hot issue studied in the field of educational technology. The study on informal learning is a relatively new research field, and still at the research accumulated phase, doing research mostly armed at researching on informal learning in a particular field currently, and on this foundation, formed certain informal learning theory, but had not formed a mature system theory. Through the analysis of the informal learning's research literature, the domestic and foreign researchers have extensive research informal learning for the connotation ,value ,characters and application in the workplace and the development of teachers, also obtain an abundant research achievements. According to the current domestic and foreign research situation, researchers have not systemic exploration and research how to utilize informal learning base on Internet for assisting college classroom teaching, how to bring into play the effect of informal learning base on Internet for the development undergraduates in the whole life. Based on the above reasons, the author try to research the factors of informal learning base on Internet.Through reviewing the related literature in the field of informal learning, analyzes the existing literature research content, on the theoretical bases of constructivism, social culture , and humanism, the structure of this study are formed. Then, on the base of related research, this paper conclude the factors of informal learning base on Internet: undergraduates, learning's material and learning's environment. And the questionnaire is designed on the basis of the relative studies and distributed to the undergraduates from Dalian University of Technology, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Liaoning Normal University so as to investigate and get first and research data. The data is analyzed by SPSS. By using the Pearson Correlation and regression to analyze whether there is relationship between the informal learning based on Internet and the culture of college student. The finding shows that there are problems the informal learning based on Internet. According to the study on the problems of informal learning based on Internet, the author proposes some suggestion on promoting undergraduates of the informal learning based on Internet, both in theory and practice development research have important significance and value, try to make the informal learning based on Internet in undergraduates' culture could assist college classroom teaching, better improve the learning result of undergraduates' informal learning based on Internet.
