The Study On The Historical Evolution Of The Vocational Schools Of Liaoning Province In Modern Times

The development of vocational education has a close relationship with the development of the national economy. The vocational education can train the professional talents for the development of the national economy. Liaoning province, as the heavy industrial base of China, takes the prosperity of the old industrial bases in northeast region and the development of the regional economy as the starting point when drawing up the economical plans. The vocational education can provide many professional talents for the revitalizing of the old industrial bases and the development of the regional economy of Liaoning province, so how to develop the vocational education well is very urgent and important to Liaoning province. Based on the historical materials of Liaoning's vocational schools in modern times, this study makes a concrete analysis of the historical evolution of the vocational schools of Liaoning province, dividing the developing periods of its vocational education, expounding the relationship between the vocational schools and the regional economy of Liaoning province, in order to provide the historical references for developing the vocational education and making the new regional economical layout of Liaoning province efficiently.This study can be divided into three parts: the first part is the base of the study; the second part is the historical evolution of the vocational schools of Liaoning province, including three parts: part one is the initial period of the vocational schools with an analysis on the background, features and the initial situation of vocational schools; part two is the forming period of the vocational schools of Liaoning province introducing the institutional construction of vocational education, the situation of the vocational schools and the connection between the vocational schools and the local economy; part three is the developing period of the vocational schools of Liaoning province, describing the full development of the vocational schools, revealing the development characteristics from the aspects of the standardization of the institutional construction and the way of developing vocational education; the third part is the modern inspiration of the vocational schools of Liaoning province, mainly including the aspects of the connection between the vocational schools and the regional economy of Liaoning province, the advocacy and propaganda of vocational education, the raising of the funding for developing the vocational education and the joint training between the vocational schools and the enterprises and also the focus on the construction of the places for practice and improve the practical skills.
