Vocational education is an important part of our country's education,which undertakes the important task of promoting the healthy and stable development of economy and society.Under the background of a series of national development strategies,such as comprehensively revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China,we take Liaoning Province as a typical example to comprehensively and systematically explore and analyze the current situation and existing problems of vocational education development in Liaoning Province,focusing on the structural layout,school running vitality,the quality of skilled personnel training,the level of vocational education security,etc In order to promote the healthy and stable development of Vocational Education in Liaoning Province and provide a strong talent guarantee for the economic and social development of Liaoning Province,this paper studies the advanced experience and practices at home and abroad,finds out the existing problems in the development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation of Liaoning Province.First of all,it defines the background,purpose and significance of the research,and defines the core concepts we are involved in in in detail.On this basis,it collects and sorts out the general situation of the development of Vocational Education in China and the advanced experience of foreign vocational education,and makes a superficial analysis of the problems existing in the development of Vocational Education in Liaoning Province.Secondly,around the key problems found in the early stage,the paper carefully designed an interview outline about the current situation of vocational education development in Liaoning Province,using the interview method,taking some education department managers,vocational education school managers,teachers and enterprise managers as the main body of the research.Thirdly,through the above methods,the collected data are summarized and analyzed to further explore the development status of Vocational Education in LiaoningProvince.This paper expounds the problems existing in the development of Vocational Education in Liaoning Province,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,by learning from the successful practices at home and abroad,the paper gives countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found one by one.It is expected that the development of Vocational Education in Liaoning province will become more and more mature,and more highly skilled talents will be cultivated,which will provide a strong talent guarantee for the economic and social development of Liaoning province and even the whole country.
