With the development of the society, the process of educational democratization and equalization is more rapidly, so the education of gender difference is being paid more attention. Gender consciousness has became a new conception and a new method in educational research. Inducting the gender perspective into the field of education and excoriating the gender prejudice event by gender consciousness, then we can really realize the democratization and the equalization of the education. The purpose of the education is to liberate mankind and give us freedom and democracy. Inducting the gender perspective into the field of education ,we can not only improve the gender consciousness of the educators but also change the impression of the gender-stereotypical and prejudice, it even aroses people's sensitivity and attention on gender education,in order to realize the true equal of both sexes. At present, the education of gender difference has took a place in educational research.Scholars in china and abroad have permeated the gender consciousness into all links of education. The subject of thesis is Chinese textbook in senior high school, it uses the postmodernism, the feminist postmodernism and the theory of gender shaping as its groundbreaking to make a deep study in Chinese teaching books. Therefore, this thesis reveals the sex role and the misunderstanding in Chinese textbook in senior high school. It analyses the causes and the affect on lacking in gender consciousness in Chinese teaching books and bring forward a reform plan.
