"There is no two identical leaves in the world."And in human societies,we also can not find out two exactly identical men.Among the differences from person to person,the gender difference is remarkable.Among the differences from person to person,the gender difference is remarkable.The teaching staffs in primary schools are made up of both males and females.And their different physiological structures determine their different ways of thinking,behaviors and psychological activities to a great extent.These differences must be shown in the classroom teaching behaviors and affect the teaching effect.The author chose the study on the gender differences of primary school teachers'classroom teaching behavior,and hope that it can provide some guidance for teacher career;It also could help relevant institutions and teacher training departments to provide more reference to promote our primary school teachers gender complete structure.This study adopts literature research and classroom observation.First the author looked classroom teaching behavior,such as the gender differences in domestic and foreign literature material,by this way some conclusions are drawn and perspective.This can not only have a clear understanding on previous research,thus strengthen their classroom teaching behavior of the basic theory of understanding.The author chooses six teachers from a primary school as subjects.The aim of this study is to find and know the differences of lectures,interaction between the teacher and students and the management of students'problem behaviors between male teachers and female teachers.Through the results of observations,the author comes up with several effective measures and advice on the professional development of teachers in primary school and the construction of teachership.Through observations,in terms of classroom lectures, the female teachers are good at setting situations ; meanwhile their emotions are more abundant with a strong expression.While male teachers are more adept at using the internal logic of the teaching content,organizational principles, straight to the point,being strategically situated.In terms of teacher-student interaction,the interaction type of female teachers tends to directional verdict while the performance of male teachers tends to directional provisions.The number of the interactions between female teachers and students is more than that between male teachers and students.And both male and female teachers'reactions with the students of the same gender are more than those with heterosexual students.In terms of the management of students'problem behaviors,female teachers are more likely to adopt low-intensity treatment than male teachers , while the male teachers are more likely to use mid-intensity treatment.But in high-intensity treatment,their differences are not obvious.
