Difference is a phenomenon that exists universally in nature and human society.In human society,gender difference is the first manifestation,and this difference is inherent and objective.In school education,male and female teachers have distinct gender characteristics,so their classroom teaching behaviors have certain tendencies.What are the differences between male and female teachers in teaching behavior?Based on such considerations,this study,based on the gender perspective of teachers,explores the differences in the classroom teaching behavior of high school mathematics teachers for men and women,and expects to find out their bright spots and shortcomings to the maximum extent,and then help teachers to integrate their gender characteristics into the classroom teaching and form a personalized teaching style.This study is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the study,the relevant literature review at home and abroad,the definition,the content and methods of the study.The second chapter explains the theory of the classroom teaching behavior of high school mathematics teachers,and introduces the definition and types of the teaching behavior of the high school mathematics teachers.And the theoretical basis of the study;the third chapter introduces the differences in the behavior of senior high school mathematics teachers in the classroom,and carries out the necessary investigation and analysis;the fourth chapter studies the difference in the classroom interaction between the high school mathematics teachers of men and women.The fifth chapter further discusses the differences in the management behavior of the high school mathematics teachers in high school.The sixth chapter goes into the chapter.Do some final summary.This paper,based on the results of domestic and foreign scholars' research,and the results of the author's classroom observation,questionnaire and data analysis,studies the differences in classroom teaching behavior between male and female senior high school mathematics teachers.The results show that there are significant differences in classroom teaching behaviors between male and female high school mathematics teachers,but not obvious in some aspects.In classroom speaking behavior,male teachers are concise,logical and pay attention to the thinking process.questions collectively,so as to understand and master students' learning situations,the classroom management behavior,both male and female teachers are biased towards the middle and high level of management,and there is no obvious difference.
