| Whether from the perspective of genetics or sociology,gender differences are inevitable.With the development of social civilization and the rise of feminism,people’s sensitivity and awareness of gender issues have been greatly improved,But whether gender differences should be solidified or broken on the original basis is still a social issue worthy of deep consideration.At the same time,the imbalance of gender structure of physical education teachers has been a serious problem hindering the healthy development of school physical education for a long time.As a natural person and a social person,teachers’ behavior is bound to be the product of biological evolution and social education.Their classroom teaching behavior is always affected by their own gender,showing or reflecting certain gender characteristics,Only when we face up to the differences,can we improve on the original basis,so as to complete the optimization and adjustment of teaching behavior of male and female PE teachers and reduce the negative impact of gender simplification of PE Teachers under the background of short-term unable to change the tendency of professional masculinity of PE teachers.In this study,six junior high school physical education teachers(3 men and 3 women)in Shihezi City were selected.By using the methods of literature review,classroom observation and interview,the classroom teaching behaviors of male and female physical education teachers were compared and analyzed from three dimensions of classroom presentation behavior,classroom interaction behavior and classroom management behavior:1.Different gender junior high school physical education teachers’ classroom behavior is different.In terms of speech presentation,the proportion of male PE teachers in junior high school is significantly higher,and the teacher centered phenomenon is obvious;Male PE teachers are not as rich as female PE teachers in classroom introduction and feedback,but there is no significant difference in conclusion.On the presentation of action demonstration:there is no significant difference in the frequency,form and position of action demonstration between male and female PE teachers in junior middle school,but there is obvious gender brand in the demonstration characteristics.2.There are differences in the classroom interaction behavior of junior high school physical education teachers between different genders.On questioning behavior: there is no significant difference between male and female PE teachers in questioning types and purposes.Male PE teachers in junior middle school ask more questions than female PE teachers.Female PE teachers use more questioning skills than male PE teachers.Male and female PE teachers tend to ask questions about male students when they choose questioning objects,and male PE teachers tend to ask more questions than female PE teachers;On the guidance behavior: the time of classroom guidance of male PE teachers in junior middle school is slightly longer than that of female PE teachers,and there is no significant difference in the form of guidance;In the object of guidance,the frequency of male and female PE teachers guiding male students is higher than that of female students.3.There are differences in the classroom management behavior of junior high school PE Teachers between different genders.The management frequency of female PE teachers is higher than that of male PE teachers;The management intensity of male PE teachers is higher than that of female PE teachers;Both male and female PE teachers tend to manage male students in classroom management,and when male and female students have the same problem behavior,the teachers manage male students more frequently.4.The differences of classroom teaching behaviors of junior middle school PE teachers of different genders are affected by many factors,such as physiological development,psychological characteristics and social gender roles. |
