Research On Ideological And Political Education In Employment Guidance To Female College Students

The girls'special physiological and psychological structure, ideological characteristics as well as their gender-specific career choices have determined the importance of strengthening ideological and political education in employment guidance to them. The governments in China have started to lay emphasis on college students'employment and have taken a series of measures to help them solve various actual difficulties and ideological problems. Colleges and universities are also seeking approaches of employment guidance and ideological and political education to college students. However, the existing ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students is influenced by kinds of complicated subjective and objective factors. For educators, it's urgent and necessary to carry out specific and effective ideological and political education and take practical measures to help tackle problems in female college students'employment. This thesis discusses ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students with three chapters.Chapter I:Overview of ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students. This chapter introduces the meaning of ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students, expounds five basic contents including "three views" education, "four selfs" education, gender awareness and differential education, female personality and psychological quality education, as well as the situation of female employment and political education, and also discusses five prominent features. Furthermore, the chapter makes in-depth discussion on the specific significance of ideological and political education on the subject construction and social development.Chapterâ…¡:Analysis on current situation of ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students. This chapter analyzes the current situation of education from three aspects. Firstly, this subject has developed a lot and made evident achievements; secondly, there are still many problems which cannot be ignored in the education, for instance, educational concepts fail to keep pace with the times, educational contents are not complete, educational methods are not diversified, and education is not specific and practical enough; thirdly, the major reasons for above-mentioned problems include that the importance and necessity of this kind of education are not realized fully, educational mechanism is not well established, and educators are not competent enough.Chapter III:Discussion on measures of strengthening ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students. After analysis on problems and reasons of ideological and political education in employment guidance to female college students, this chapter expounds measures to strengthen such education from many aspects, including establishing new educational ideas, enriching and deepening contents of education, innovating education measures and approaches and optimizing the educational team and environment.
