Physical activity is beneficial to both students' physically and mentally sustained. and sound development as well as an important component of quality education. When we mention the school physical education, we always talk about the P.E and athletic competition, regardless of the After-Class sports. In fact, the most effective After-Class sports to general students is morning exercises and setting- up exercises during the break which is simplest form and boring content basically set by the state. It poorly motivated students and makes a little effect. So during the "National Sun Sports of Million Students" program is fully been promoting, we should lead the students to go the playground, to go to the nature and to go into the sun in order to form a vigorous mass campaign for sports and physical training of teenagers and then efficiently developing and using of physical activities with long-break has been an important way of "Sun Sport"Physical activities with long-break is not only an important part of After-Class sports but also an integral part of school sports. It's an inheritance and development of traditional setting-up exercises during the break while an important type to consolidate and improve the effect of physical training and heighten students' psychological quality. The diversified activity contents and flexible organization forms even improve in terms of students' moral, intellectual and fitness level as well as in their appreciation of aesthetics on the basis of improving physical health and willpower fully reflects the comprehensive, the developing of students'initiative, and individual differences of modern education.By means of materials collection, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical-statistics, this paper makes a research and analysis on the healthy conditions in recent three years in Hangzhou, physical education of postgraduates and the current situation of physical exercises in Hangzhou in order to know the actuality developing, activity patterns, and organizational management of physical activities with long-break, the attitudes of motivations of different stages middle school students to attend it and some problems and Influencing factors existed in taking part in physical activities with long-break. The main findings are as follows:In the past three years the declining of Hangzhou secondary school students'physique make us to worried about their healthy. Though middle school students participate the physical activities with long-break positively, their motivation for students to participate is not a single one but interactive and the boys and girls'motivation has a greater difference. The large majority of students lack the awareness of significance and function of physical activities with long-break.Physical activities with long-break has widely popularized, almost of all the middle schools have developed it. But there is a large imbalance between middle and high school. And different schools have the different number of activities,time,content settings and organizations. Compared with other cities featured schools, Hangzhou lacks of characteristic and innovative.The physical education teachers are positive to participate the management of the physical activities with long-break, secondly the class sponsor, but with the general attitude of the school leadership in the management. The physical activities with long-break has not been supported and cooperated by whole teachers and the organization and management need to be improved. Besides, sports special funds shortage,unsatisfactory equipment and places influence the quality and effectiveness of physical activities with long-break a lot. Therefore, for promoting the development of physical activities with long-break in Hangzhou's secondary schools, governments at all levels and educational administrative department should macro-control,grass-roots supervision,inspection making competitions of physical activities with long-break, then summarizes the successful experience. The school leadership should attach importance to physical activities with long-break with special funds to increase investment, improve the equipment and facilities. To enhance the publicity on physical activities with long-break and to build a scientific responsibility system, evaluation system and incentive system in order to improve the management of physical activities with long-break. Physical education teachers need to enrich and innovate the contents and organization forms. Activities can be combined with local features by introducing some traditional sports projects and new projects to enhance the students awareness and understanding of physical activity and to establish their lifetime sports habit and consciousness.
