"Hundred years education policy, for this; education policy, the teacher for this." Teacher education quality, is to determine the success of a relationship education reform the most critical factor. Reform the classroom teaching, improving teaching quality, promote the development of the teachers to become the world education reform hotspot. Among them, the reform of evaluation is the most important one. At present, China's ongoing basis education curriculm reform, so teachers teaching evaluation become current education research hot problem. This research has important theoretical and practical significance of wuhai, hoped standard of teaching appraisal existence question, we found that the current education in this region and the existing problems of the problems,and get some new enlightenment and countermeasures for compulsory education, provide the feasibility and necessity of argumentation, for Chinese education.This study to wuhai area education stage teachers teaching evaluation obligation existing problems as the breakthrough point, NO.2 high school of wuhai city, NO.3 high school of wuhai city, NO.4 high school of wuhai city, No.5 high school of wuhai city, NO.8 high school of wuhai city, HaiBoWan second primary, Hai BoWan bright road primary school, WuDa area unity road primary school, WuDa area joy street. There are nine primary and middle schools. We have 123 que stionnaire. Through to the statistical analysis of the results, the researchers fou nd that wuhai education stage teachers teaching evaluation obligation existing following four aspects:(1) present teachers teaching evaluation value orientation of existing biased (2) to teachers' teaching evaluation of the main body, inadequate understanding (3) to students' grades as teachers' teaching level evaluation of the main contents (4) teacher evaluation results feedback of unscientific. Based on the analysis of the causes.Finally proposed the improvement education stage teachers' teaching obligation wuhai evaluation methods are analyzed. aimed countermeasure and the suggestion.The author thinks that must first set up the correct teacher evaluation value orientation. Secondly, we should establish a scientific evaluation system finally to establish developmental teachers teaching evaluation method, try to construct the basic quality of the teachers of developmental indexes for the first latitude; With responsibility for a second evaluation standard of latitude; Regard the performance index for the third developmental latitude of developmental teachers teaching evalu ation system.
