A century-long plan,education-based;education plan,teacher-oriented.Teacher evaluation is directly related to the professional development of teachers and the quality of school education.Many university administrators are aware of the importance of teacher evaluation and have made many attempts to carry out teacher evaluation.The investment in human,material,and financial resources is very large,but the results are not optimistic.Because it is difficult to establish a unified evaluation standard,and involves the personal interests of teachers,evaluation is difficult to implement,resulting in teacher evaluation into a difficult dilemma.As an important part of comprehensive reform in the field of higher education,college teacher evaluation plays an important role in solving the problems in the field of teacher evaluation.In this study,literature research,comparative research and empirical research were used to combine three research methods.A detailed review of previous studies on university teacher evaluation was conducted.It was pointed out that there is room for improvement in the evaluation of teachers in Chinese universities,especially from the development of teachers.From a dynamic perspective,teachers' evaluation systems have not yet been established.In addition,through literature research and comparative studies at home and abroad,it has been found that some domestic scholars have some misunderstandings of developmental assessment.Based on this,this paper first reviews the development process and principles of developmental assessment,and lays a foundation for subsequent research.research Foundation.Secondly,this thesis also selected Beijing universities to carry out specific empirical research,analyzed the problems existing in current domestic university teacher evaluation,and carried out detailed research from the aspects of the implementation process,evaluation content,evaluation methods,and evaluation results of teacher evaluation.And analysis,and summed up the advantages and disadvantages of teacher evaluation in Beijing University of Chemical Technology,pointed out that other college teachers evaluation can be used for reference.Based on theoretical research and practical research,this paper attempts to construct a developmental university teacher evaluation system,which mainly includes four aspects:(1)The principles that teachers should follow are developmental principles,scientific principles,and democratic principles.Feedback principles;(2)Teacher evaluation procedures are developed from the bottom up to give full play to the teacher's subjective status;(3)The teacher evaluation subject is diversified and the evaluation content is targeted.The evaluation subject includes teacher self-evaluation,peer review,and college leadership.Evaluation,school expert group evaluation,among them,should pay attention to the role of student evaluation in peer evaluation and college leadership evaluation;evaluation content is comprehensive and targeted,and different evaluation subjects correspond to different evaluation contents,mainly including teacher ethics,teaching,Scientific research,socialservices,etc.;(4)Making full use of the evaluation results,starting from increasing the post-secondary education of teachers and improving the management decision-making in colleges and universities: In order to increase teachers' post-secondary education,teachers of different ages should be implemented.Targeted post-employment education methods.Finally,the author puts forward the safeguard measures based on the development of the evaluation system for college teachers,and starts from the three aspects of personnel,technology,and financial resources.
