Y City T Personnel Planning Study Of The Environmental Protection Industry

After entering the twenty-first century, "technology, green and environmental protection" has become the eternal theme of social progress and human development. Since the global financial crisis happens, new-type high-tech enterprises on new-type energy source and environmental protection technique have grown up and become a new economic growth point for the future global economy. It also plays an important role in the global economy resurrection from the financial crisis in Global Economic recession as a leading industry to promote the development of economy. At the same time, the theory and practical application about environmental industry have obtained abundant achievements.In the last several years, T zone of Y city has actively seized the opportunity of developing the environmental protection enterprise and got outstanding results. In order to adapt the requirements of sustainable development of industry as soon as possible, the government of T zone advanced an idea of emphasizing the construction of the team of talented persons and strengthening planning, accelerated to make and improve the talented person plan in a scientific way and carried on the work of enrolling talented people and planning in guidance of this idea.Based on a comprehensive and systematic study on the theory about planning of enterprise and talented people adaption and analyzing the historical data of the industry scale and talented personnel team in this region, this paper gives a prediction about the supply and demand of talented personnel of environmental protection industry in this region up to 2015. On basis of the analysis, it gives some suggestion about the recruitment and training talented people, to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talented people in T zone of Y city.
