Nowadays,in the context of the globalization wave,regional competition is intensifying.Various countries or regions are competing for various resources.Among them,the competition for human resources is the most fierce.The “robbery war” between countries and regions has started.Mastering advanced technology and high-quality talent resources has become the biggest driving force for economic and social development,and a perfect talent environment is conducive to better attracting and training talents.Therefore,the competition of comprehensive strength between countries and regions is actually a contest of talent environmental competitiveness.In recent years,the economic and social development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has achieved rapid progress.Inner Mongolia's coal mining,rare earth,metallurgy,agriculture and animal husbandry and other fields all occupy the leading level in the country,and the economic andindustrial development prospects are optimistic.But at the same time,these industries rely on traditional energy,and have not achieved the same results in technology,innovation and other fields.Whether Inner Mongolia can achieve breakthroughs in the fields of science and technology,talents,innovation,and so on,narrow the development gap with developed regions as soon as possible,and occupy a greater advantage in the fierce competition for talent resources,the key depends on whether Inner Mongolia can gather more talents of large quality Whether resources can build a high-quality talent environment and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the talent environment in Inner Mongolia is the key to sustainable economic and social development in Inner Mongolia today.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of talent environment competitiveness in Inner Mongolia by referring to the relevant literatures of talent environment competitiveness and combining the characteristics of today's talent environment to scientifically define the concept of talent environment competitiveness.Based on the data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in mainland China,this study ranks the 23 secondary indicators in the evaluation index system of human resources environmental competitiveness in this paper,so as toobtain the ranking of various indicators in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the country.Through weighted analysis,we can obtain the position of the overall talent environment competitiveness of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the country.Through horizontal comparison with other provinces and cities,the weak links in the talent environment competitiveness of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are obtained,and then the root cause analysis is made to try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research of this paper,we hope to play an active role in the construction of talent environment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and put forward practical suggestions for improving the competitiveness of talent environment in Inner Mongolia.
