A Study On Existing Issue And Path Of Talent Agglomeration In Marine Industry Of Y City In Guangdong Province

With the economic development and social progress,the marine industry as an important driving force to promote the development of marine economy,its status and role become more and more prominent.The marine industry,especially the development of the emerging marine industry with high demand for science and technology,needs a large number of professional talents.Talents,as a special kind of resources,can gather through the flow of talents so as to produce the phenomenon of talent gathering.The talent gathering is inseparable from the nurture of the talent environment.It can be said that the talent environment plays a decisive role in the formation of talent agglomeration,and the talent gathering of the marine industry is no exception.The formation of talents in marine industry is affected by the talent environment of marine industry.When the talent gathering of marine industry reaches a certain scale,the effect of talent aggregation will be generated,and the environment of talents will be further optimized,so as to form an enhancement loop.The research purpose is to study the internal mechanism for the further analysis of the marine industry talent agglomeration,seek effective strategies to enhance the realization of talent agglomeration,and then realize the talent development optimization and enhance regional development influence of the marine industrial areas,especially in underdeveloped coastal regions.In the course of the study,this paper summarizes the relevant literature on talent agglomeration Based on the system theory,talent flow theory and incentive theory,this paper focuses on the study of the talent agglomeration of marine industry of Y city in Guangdong province,discussing the present situation,existing issue and influence factors of marine industry talent agglomeration.All that to do is to take further thinking on the effective measures to promote the marine industry talent agglomeration of regions,especially the underdeveloped coastal regions that similar to Y city.This study found that although the city of Y has made some achievements in promoting the development of marine industry and the practice of talent agglomeration,some problems still exist,such as insufficient strength for overall talent development,difficult to introduce and retain talents,low level of talent agglomeration,non-diversified path for gathering talents.It is the result of comprehensive action of factors including the economic environment,the policy environment,the urban living environment,the scientific research environment and the internal management of the enterprise.Therefore,to enhance the marine industry talent agglomeration effect,this paper argues that Y city should consider the physical truth,and play all kinds of carriers' which is government,enterprises,universities and individual role to achieve high quality and high standards of marine industry talent agglomeration,and to further promote the sustainable development of area's marine economy.
