The real education is self-education and the prerequisite and basis to achieve self-management. Self-management is the achievement and symbols of a high level of self-education. As the deepening of the new course reformation, the human-oriented idea is growing in popularity. In teaching activities, an important way to highlight the human-oriented idea is to respect the students, to exploit students' advantages to the full in subjective initiative and let them be the learning and management subject. As the basic unit of school-class, the success of class management determines the success of the school management in a certain extent, and the management of ideas and ways of the headteacher is a main effort for the success of the school management.Self-exploration, cooperation and exchanging are important ways for the students' learning. I was inspired in the class management, by theoretical guidance and psychological cooperation principles, and also the guidance and the theory is the basis of the class group co-management.The thesis is a study on the style of the class group co-management, on the improving of class management and standing out human-oriented, on the goal of taping into the potential of the education value of class management. The writer sets forth the practice and self-examination of the class group co-management. First, the writer sets forth the theoretical principle and the operational process. Second, the writer expounds and proves the maneuverability and validity of the stytle of the class management, based on the collecting and analyzing the data of the experimental classes. Finally, the writer looks forward to the implementation strategy and research area of class group co-management, and hope to summarize the effective measures for class group co-management, provide some valuable class management theories and researches for headteachers.
