| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the demand of society for talents has been increasing day by day.With the progress of curriculum reform,we are thinking more about how to truly "people-oriented",students have the initiative in learning and class management,give play to their subjective initiative,participate in class management,and promote their better development.In the traditional class management,the head teacher controls the initiative of class management,maintains class discipline and order,students passively accept the management of the head teacher,the head teacher is the right subject of class management,while the students are excluded from the subject of class management,which can not stimulate the students' subjective initiative.With the development of modern education,this traditional class management method can't meet the requirements of the society for training diversified and high-quality talents any longer.It requires the teachers to change their thinking methods and management concepts,keep pace with the times,conform to the trend and trend of the times,create a democratic,harmonious and cooperative class management atmosphere for students,then build a platform,and let the students play a main role in class management to build a new type of teacher-student relationship of trust,cooperation,respect and care,and promote the all-round and sustainable development of students.For this reason,we have carried out practical research on class group cooperative management in Qingdao X Middle School,in order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional class management mode of the head teacher,better class management,and create more platforms for students to participate in class management and their own development.Starting from the perspective of education management,this study applied the analysis tools such as literature method,investigation method,experience summary method and case method to discuss the occurrence and development process of class group cooperation modein detail.Builds the atmosphere first,lay a foundation for the cooperative learning group,and then discusses how to effectively grouping,division of work,to establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism,implement efficient class management and democratic classroom,finally put forward the practice of reflection and outlook,hope to improve the effectiveness of the teacher in charge for class management,cultivating students' self-management and their comprehensive ability of sustainable development. |
