As a kind of indigenous knowledge management,error management is very popular in high school,for it helps students to have a better understanding about what they learn and get higher academic achievements.Some students are good at error management while others are not without scientific guiding.To gain them a chance to learn from each other,error management based on cooperative learning group is applied to high school junior students.Paper testing,questionnaire survey and interviews are used to show the change of students,academic achievements and error managing ability before and after the research.The results showed that:1.Error management based on cooperative learning group does help students get higher academic achievement,especially the average-achieving ones.2.Error management based on cooperative learning group also improves students'error managing ability,and changes their communicating habits:instead of asking teachers for help or thinking by themselves,they discuss with companions more often than before.This research shows that error management based on cooperative learning group is a more effective learning method compared to managing errors all by oneself.In practice,it is recommended that students of complementary personalities should be included in one learning group and necessary interpersonal skills should be taught to the students and practiced enough in advance. |
