Nowdays, with the rapid development of science and technology , it's full of opportunities and challenges. In order to meet needs of the community professionals in the future, the world has paid increasing attention to science education .Education play more and more emphasis on scientific literacy of students. However, to grasp how much scientific knowledge has become less important, how to use the scientific knowledge is essential. Teaching are increasingly seeking the way that is the study process and methods for students to get knowledge. It means how to learn. And it can give good help for the lifelong development of students.With the development of curriculum reform, new curriculum is slowly accepted by the people. Teaching pays more attention to the process sand methods of education. In order to promote the comprehensive development of students, new curriculum presents three-dimensional curriculum objectives. Especially the "process approach" targets proposed, it's useful to enhance students understanding the nature of science. Scientific inquiry as the main way of process and methods teaching is causing widespread concern. In recent years, emerged a large number of articles about inquiry teaching, inquiry teaching has gradually matured. In order to enhance teachers understanding teaching content of process and methods ,solve puzzles in teaching and enhance the teaching process and methods, finally promote student understanding of scientific inquiry, mastery learning methods and strategies and increase interest in learning,this article is the teaching research on "process and method" of chemistry curriculum in the high school.In the first chapter, it gives a brief introduction of the process and method of education background, research value and Status, the paper's research tasks and methods.In the second chapter , to understand the meaning of process and method teaching it gives some explainations from the etymology, scientific researchandscience education , and gives process and method teaching definition in the first. Then it reviewes development process of the process and methods of international education.In the third chapter, according to Bruner's discovery learning theory, meaningful learning theory and constructivist theory to explain the nature of the process and methods of education.In the fourth chapter,this part makes analys about teaching content on the curriculum standards and students'book to understand the requirements of process and methods teaching in curriculum standards and comparative analysis of three versions of students'book.In the fifth chapter, the paper develop appropriate teaching strategies for the teaching problems.
