With the popularity and development of badminton physical education, badminton courses and training institutions have been set up in a growing number of universities and clubs. Most of the badminton venues are indoor, it can hardly be impacted by climate, its entertainment is strong, the characteristic of various classes participates makes more and more people do this sports exercise.. According to the survey, the badminton population is the second largest number of sports participants in China. Although the level of professional badminton sports is high, there are still much more relevant studies, but for the grass-roots training of badminton is relatively less, so the research on basic training of badminton is even more important. In this paper, with the methods of documentary, experimentation, mathematical statistics, interviews and so on , which analyses and researches the characteristics of badminton, special qualities of badminton participates, the affect of special badminton training for physical body, badminton training and specific sports injuries, psychology and so on. Based on the analysis, it showed that the test score and physical quality of tested people improved obviously after they received professional badminton trainings, especially the power and speed quality were strengthened significantly. The physical fitness increased, while the incidence of sports injury reduced efficiently, it played a positive role in sports injury prevention aspect. Wrists, shoulders, ankles, and other parts of body are easily to cause damage when you play badminton, the hurts are mostly strain and sprained ligaments, what's more, the rate of upper extremity injuries was significantly higher than the proportion of lower extremity injuries; The self-confidence and human relations ability of students are improved after they do badminton sports, which also relieved the psychological pressure and eliminated anxiety, so that the character of badminton participates become more cheerful .The willing quality and the ability to deal with things of participates were nurtured; which expanded employment opportunities of badminton participates and enhanced the participates'confidence of force employment , improved their social adaptability, and enhanced their competitive awareness, it's good for them to adapt the society better. As a result, during the amateur badminton training, we should take advantage of the special training means to train participates so as to improve the physical and technical action well, to enhance the effectiveness of badminton training and exercise value; During the training process, we should prevent and protect ankles, wrists, shoulders and other parts of body which could be easily to cause damage more carefully and prepared for activities fully. Enhancing fitness training and strengthening muscle power while we learn the technical actions so as to prevent and reduce the incidence of sports injury. Taking an active part in badminton sports, it is beneficial to improve participates'human relations ability, to develop good will, to enhance the ability of adapting society, to expand employment opportunities and increase the confidence of obtain employment.
