Objective:The freestyle ski half-pipe is one of the emerging Winter Olympics events.Because the development of this sport is relatively short,there is no relative information in terms of physiological monitoring.This study is a preliminary exploration using physiological monitoring to do the freestyle ski half-pipe event related research.By analyzing the changes of athletes' training indicators and physiological and biochemical indicators of the freestyle ski half-pipe team,we can find out the relation between athletes' changes of physical condition and these indicators of this event in different training periods,exploring regularity between the arrangement of sports load and physiological and biochemical indicators.Research Methods:By tracking and observing the athletes in the team,testing and evaluating the athletes' indicators and communicating with the coaching staff,we can understand and record the training volume,training intensity and physical fitness test scores of the freestyle ski half-pipe athletes in the summer training period.The Omega Wave functional evaluation system and the ultrasonic body composition tester were used for testing.Heart rate variability time domain indicators were selected: SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50.Heart rate variability frequency domain indicators: TP,HF,LF,LF/HF.Body composition indicators: body mass index,body fat percentage,lean body mass.These indicators are used to analyze the changes in athletes' physiological functions and the relationship between physiological functions and exercise performance.Results:1.The results of male athletes' pull-ups before and after summer training significantly improved(P <0.05),and the performance from 15 quick two-ends has significantly improved(P <0.01).Female athletes' performances of right throw,standing long jump,and agile running before and after training significantly improved,and the performance of anaerobic maximum power significantly improved(P <0.01).2.The training duration of physical training was negatively correlated with the training intensity(P<0.05).3.In the whole physical training stage,the male and female athletes' heart rate variability indicators showed the characteristics of “high-low-low-high”.There is adifferent degree of positive correlation between the heart rate variability index and the training duration of the athlete's heart rate variability,and there are different degrees of negative correlation with the training intensity.4.The body mass index of male and female athletes was negatively correlated with the relative maximum oxygen uptake index.5.The lean body mass of male and female athletes is positively correlated with their respective anaerobic capacity and core explosive power.Conclusions:1.After four weeks of physical training,the upper limb strength of male athletes has been significantly improved,and their speed and quality have been significantly improved.Female athletes' core explosive power,lower limb explosive power,and sensitive qualities have been significantly improved,and their anaerobic capacity has been significantly improved.2.The heart rate variability can objectively reflect the ability of the autonomic nervous system to adjust in different training loads of athletes;3.In the training week with high intensity and short training time,the athlete's heart rate variability index is lower,indicating that the athlete may have fatigue.Conversely,in the training week with low training intensity and long training time,the athlete's heart rate variability index is relatively high,which indicates that the athlete's physiological function state is better;4.In the sports team of the project,athletes with low body mass index have stronger aerobic capacity,while athletes with higher body mass index have weaker aerobic capacity.5.Because the project requires high athletes' anaerobic capacity and core explosiveness,increasing lean body weight is more necessary to improve athletic performance.
