There are 30 students as this essay's research objects which is include 15 aerobics students and the other is non-aerobics students in P.E. educational major of Dalian university. The students who is aerobic major are treated as experimental group,the other students can be named matched group.The research method is adopted the literature material law; Experimental method; Questionnaire; Comparative analysis; Mathematical statistical analysis.This essay researches and analyses influence of MBTI-M version personality test to the 30 students after 90 lessons in the same control condition.The questionnaire survey is based on MBTI-M version personality test table to test the change of students'character after the experiment.After analysising the result deeply,it can conclude how the aerobics class teaching affects the person's personality.According to the research of the factors how the aerobics class teaching affects the person's personality,it can provide certain theoretical basis to the aerobics teaching practice.The research result shows that before and after aerobics special teaching the character of aerobics special students has certain changes.After the aerobics special lesson ,the MBTI character test shows that four dimensions of introvered-outgoing personality tendency features produced very apparent change.The other three dimensions of tendencies characteristic features has certain change,but the introverted-outgoing personality tendency changes not significantly.While,the tendency features of the change of non-aerobics special class students in to-outgoing dimension is not significant.It can conclude that aerobics special class can make students' introverted-outgoing nature favors get change.It is related to the aerobics own characteristics and the learning requirements of aerobics teaching . It can be embodied in three aspects include the influence of the complete,the artistic characteristics,and specialized course teaching characteristics of aerobics special technology to aerobics special students' personality characteristics.It is suggested that other special class teaching can also adopt grouping teaching methods which can improve students'will quality and characteristic tendencies during exercise and learning process.
