Good campus culture can create a rich cultural atmosphere and can train students into qualified social citizens who have lofty ideal, morality, good physical and mental health Imperceptibly. But some schools still have problems of practising campus culture construction. This paper makes specific analysis of the problems and causes about two high school's campus cultural construction in Wuhai City and puts forward several countermeasures on how to solve high school campus cultural construction problems in Wuhai city. The research object of this paper for Wuhai No.1 Middle School and No.6 Middle School, the research content of the paper is Wuhai City ordinary high school campus culture construction.The research methods of this paper are literature methodology, case study, questionnaire and interviews. The main body of this paper is comprised of five parts:1, Introduction:putting forward problems and the value of this research. Hope to provide some reference through the study for Wuhai ordinary high school campus culture construction2, Definition of campus culture. Combining the research results about the culture and campus culture by domestic and foreign experts and scholars and the own understanding of the author as well as the analysis of a large number of documents, this paper expounds the definition of campus culture and put forward the research value. 3, Analysis the problems existing in the construction of high school campus culture in Wuhai City and make the cause analysis. The paper argues that the education funding system is unreasonable, the practice exploration is not enough, the consciousness of campus culture construction is weak and the whole function of campus culture construction is ignored. All these are the main factors of restricting the high school campus culture development.4, Putting forward countermeasures to solve the problems of Wuhai high school campus cultural construction.
