Purpose:The club tennis fitness have got more extensive developed in the modern society, the participants have been distributed in different populations, the people who treat club tennis fitness as the primary way are increasing in our many large cities. This research aims to analysis of the relevant for body shape and physical function changes after tennis sport fitness, the influence of tennis movement on people's energy consumption, through 55 middle-aged male people playing tennis for 28 weeks. Meanwhile, it provides a certain theoretical basis for further promoting tennis as one fitness item for the public, as well as arranging scientific fitness activities.Methods:In this study, documentation method questionnaire method experimental method was used. 55 healthy male subject aged 30 to 50 who come from shanghai province volunteered to participate in this experiment. They play club tennis 1-3 times a week. All the subjects were trained to play tennis regularly, and all of the subjects lay solid foundations for tennis. The research time: May to November in 2010. The experiment last for 28 weekends. Test items: height, weight, chest circumference and waist, hip circumference, upper arm sebum thickness, scapular area sebum thickness, abdominal fat thickness; The body function: systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, quiet heart rate; Sports heart rate: average heart rate, the maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, each stage heart rate percentage. According to The Times a week to take part in sports, track the movement data of 28 weeks for the experiment though subjects of experimental equipment such as pedometer monitor. At last through comparing different groups participation in sport after the body form and function indicators to analysis the club tennis sports can bring the fitness effect.Result:1. After 28 weeks of tennis fitness, the weight average between the most times group and the least times group have a significant difference(p<0.05),the waistline and hip circumference average between the middle times group and the least group have a significant difference(p<0.05), and the difference have statistically significant. Reflect the subjects who often join tennis fitness have significantly reduced trend in weight, waistline, hip circumference.After 28 weeks of tennis fitness, the systolic blood pressure average between the most times group and the least times group have a Highly significant difference (p<0.01), the systolic blood pressure average between the middle times group and the least times group have a significant difference (p<0.05), there are no significant difference between each group, but with the increasing number and diastolic blood pressure showed different degrees of decline. The quiet heart rate average between the middle times group and the least times group have a significant difference (p<0.05). Reflect the increased frequency with fitness, fitness level of cardiac function improved in different degrees.2. 28 weeks of tennis fitness obtained in the case of data collection, tennis fitness of the subjects for the total weekly average for the 6393 steps, average of 5200 steps effective step-week moving average distance 4.82km, the average weekly energy expenditure 214.29kcal, the average weekly consumption of fat 14.41g; fitness multiple times the average consumption of calories and fat consumption of the average value and the number of secondary group fitness and fitness the number of small group there was significant difference (p<0.05), which reflects the regular participation in tennis can be a significant increase in daily physical fitness activities.3. From the results of this experiment can be seen, in the whole process of tennis fitness, the average heart rate was 128 b/ min. Throughout the course of the campaign, heart rate which in 120-150b/min range segment accounted for 68.4% of the time all the activities, exercise heart rate of 90-120 b/min segment of the total range of 25% of active time, the load on the load of exercise intervention strength requirements.Conclusion:1. Tennis Club of the fitness exercise were effective in improving body shape, weight significantly loss, chest, hip, shoulder skinfold, abdominal skinfold and upper arm skin fold thickness decreased.2. Tennis club sports is good for body systolic blood pressure, resting heart rate decreased significantly and it can improved cardiac function of the level produced good results.3. In 28 weeks tennis club fitness, the groups which exercise more than twice a weeks, group exercise total number of steps, effective steps, moving distance, energy expenditure, fat burning exercises and other indicators are higher than the number of small groups, and the fitness effect is good, indicating that the exercise 3 times a week better than those who exercise 1-2 times a week.4. 45 minutes of club tennis, exercise intensity and exercise volume and achieve a consistent effect of aerobic, club tennis is required for the middle-aged men daily sports and fitness.
