At present, many colleges have general concern to college students'individual training, personal development, character building, individual satisfaction and the realization of individual value. Also has carried on the beneficial exploration.But there are serious deficiencies in the ways and means of humanistic education. It is disproportionate with building a harmonious society and the implementation of the scientific development in china. In the new situation, colleges should foster comprehensive development human resources to meet the needs of social development as a starting point and give practical innovation in the means of humanism education. We should permeate people-oriented concept in educational philosophy, educational content, practice methods, tools, management rules and regulations. It can make educational practice more humane, give more caring attention to human nature, infuse more spirit of human culture. It can also stimulate students'ability to innovate, make the dominant position of the students respected, create a harmonious humane educational atmosphere and establish human systems and mechanisms of the ideological and political education in colleges compatible with the modern society. Basing ourselves on the research of the means of humanism education is the need for building harmonious campus and the implementation of the scientific development. To some extent, it has a certain value of educational research.This thesis integrates theoretical discussion and empirical study and it can be divided into four parts as follows.PartⅠ:This part is the introduction, which clarifies the purposes, significance, research status and innovation of the research.PartⅡ:This part contains a brief overview of the basic theory of humanism education. It also gives a comprehensive exposition and interpretation of the basic theory of humanism education, from the meaning, basic connotation of humanism, the basic theory of humanism education at home and abroad, contents, characteristics and significance of humanism education at home and abroad.PartⅢ:This part contains the present situation and analysis of college students' accepting the humanism education. It mainly presents by giving the questionnaire of the situation of the college students'accepting the humanism education and analyzing of the research results. It also explains practical difficulties of the implementation of humanism education and constraints of missing mechanism of humanism education in colleges. These are shown in simple terms from the status quo up to the level of theory.PartⅣ:This part is the discussion of the practice of humanism education in colleges. From the present situation, goals, measures and means of humanism education, this paper puts forwards the basic growth and ideas of the humanism education during the process of practice of humanism education. It gives a certain degree of innovation to the means of the humanism education from the core, quality, mechanism and typification of humanism education.
